Four Weeks in and over 3kgs/7lbs Lighter

  • Early days yet, but I’m finding this approach to eating very effective. I fast for two days in a row, currently Monday and Tuesday and avoid carbohydrates over those days too. The rest of the week I eat as I normally would. The weight is coming off at a good rate and my clothes are getting looser. It’s so easy to be strict for just two days a week

    Great result. I love the feeling when clothes that were previously too tight now feel loose. Good luck for the next month, and onwards.
