Starting tomorrow

  • Hi I’m starting tomorrow, planning on doing Mondays and Wednesdays. I am looking forward to losing weight but worried about headaches and dizziness? Don’t think I have felt truly hungry for a very long time.

    I am also starting this week and am equally nervous but i think if you drink extra water and choose the format that suits you, ie when you’ll have your food be it lunch and dinner or breakfast and lunch or just dinner etc then it should be manageable. Good luck!

    Have a look at the FAQ’s.
    Aim to eat protein and leaves. Drink when you are thirsty, you may get a headache but it will pass. Hunger comes in waves, so keep busy and out of the kitchen.
    Many of us miss breakfast and wait until lunch.
    Choose things that you enjoy and just remember that you also need to make sure that you don’t consume more than your TDEE on the other 5 days.
    You will be fine.
