Hi is this style of eating suitable for someone on the following exercise regime, 2 x 30 minutes personal trainer, 2x 60 minutes body pump and spinning throughout the week.

I do Spin and bodypump on one of my fasting days and I use my other day to bonk train (cycling term for training on empty). for the cycle, I take some high5 zero cal drink as it reduces cramps and for the spin and body pump I eat nothing all day and then have 2 desert spoons of porridge (around 100kcal) just before and it helps me get through pump.
I’m fine on cardio, but the pump can be a bit tough on fasting days.
