Hi from Australia – in my fifties struggling to look and feel good – the last few years have been a struggle. I have just finished reading the Fast Diet Book – did not put it down until I had finished reading it all.

Keep you posted – any tips welcome

Hi Glorsk welcome to 5.2 – it is a great way of eating and you should never feel deprived. Everybody on here is very helpful and you will find lots of encouragement on the different threads.
