Download Myfitnesspal from the App Store on your phone, Count calories on your fast days- 600(Guy) 500(Girl) don’t count them on your non fast days because you’ll get bored of it and most likely quit. Just be sensible on your non fast days and treat yourself after dinner or lunch. Make sure you work out your TDEE On the how it works part of the website to show how many calories your body uses on average a day, then try to keep your calories a tiny bit lower than that on each non fast day 🙂 Good luck!
