HI from Australia!

  • I started earlier this year, lost about 1 pound per week for a few weeks, which I was happy with (I hoped that slow weight loss meant less sagging skin!) but fell off the wagon somewhere along the line; put the weight back on and then some more 🙁 Starting again at breakfast tomorrow. Great to be here 🙂

    Welcome to the forum and I hope we can all support each other when times are difficult! I too am hoping the slowness of how I have lost weight means I don’t have so much saggy skin! I try my hardest to get the balance right between eating to loose weight and being normal! I don’t want to deny myself things and then ending up going out of control so to speak! Since January I have lost 2 1/2 stone just cutting down – the last 5 weeks I added 5:2 to the mix and it’s going fine! Good luck! I know you can do it! 🙂
