confused

  • Hi.Tomorrow will be my very first fast as i am new to this WOE,i am a little confused about my TDEE and the cals i should be eating on non fast days…My TDEE 2075,to maintain my present weight which is 14stone 3lb(3 stone over weight)and the amount of cals i should eat on non fast days??????????,If i eat all these cals for 5 days i will only maintain and not loose weight surly?I need to loose at least 3 stone and then maintain from that weight …so confused now ,Any advice on this will be grately appreciated as i havnt bought the books yet.Thanks in advance

    Your TDEE is not the amount you should eat but the maximum.
    The less you eat the more weight you’ll lose. Why don’t you work out your goal weight TDEE and ensure you eat no more than that on non fast days.

    I agree with Amazon – eat lower than your TDEE.

    Another way I read here is to select sedentary on the calculator – this makes my TDEE approximately 200 calories lower again.
