  • Hi,

I am a 30 yr old man who has risen to 16 stone 3 from a measly 14 stone 3, around 2 years ago! I have always eaten fairly healthy, but like a drink and some of the fine foods in life! Compounded by the fact my wife and I had our first child 18 months ago and daily exercise has gone out of the window, I thought I would give this diet a try after hearing the great results it has provided.

Anyhow, I am now on my 5th week, and after a mid week weigh in this morning I am 15 stone 4 with a total loss of 13lbs! I am somewhat amazed at this diet and my whole lifestyle has been overturned with its philosophy!

One thing this diet has done to me mentally is make me realised how greedy i was previously, I used to eat for the sake of eating, or eat more when already full! The same with alcohol and binging on it!!

    Great diet!

    Joe

Well done – what a great achievement so far. It’s does make you look at food in a different light. Good luck with your journey.

I agree with Serenity-it’s making you think differently that makes the difference. What I love is that so many work colleagues are trying to lose weight by various methods, I only need to think about it 2 days a week! Even that isn’t taxing -I’m not eating until teatime so I ignore food -simple! Good luck -keep posting!

Awesome man! Congrats on the weight loss!

Seven weeks in and Im now 14 stone 12lbs after a heavy eating and drinking bank holiday I’ve still managed to shift 4lbs in the last fortnight!

I am truly gobsmacked by the results, I am wearing clothes i havent worn for 18 months, I am having to wear a belt that is two notches in on most trousers!!

The way I feel about food is totally different, My fast days are now done for the week and im looking forward to a few beers, some nice seafood and bread, and some wine and cheese!!

Great to hear you are doing so well. Enjoy the weekend treats.
