Found your site looking for fasting forums. I’ve been lurking for a few days and decided to join. I watched the documentary on Dr M’s fasting journey. Very good show.
Last year I lost 60pounds to 185 by watching my calories but then no matter what I did it never mattered. I was 15 ponds away from my goal weight of 170 so I turned to fasting
I have done 16/8 every day for a while and then went to one only water 36 hours fast a week.
I quit fasting when I started low carb and had a bad upset stomach so stopped fasting then stopped low carb after a month when it was making me cranky and I really wanted some carbs.
Now I am 205 and eond wondering why in the blue hazzes I quit fasting in the first place because I love how it makes you feel.
