    Hi All,

    I’m from Melbourne,Australia and this is the start of my second week. I have noticed that some of the breakfasts mention certain brands of jumbo Oates and granola that are UK products, that are not available at Coles or Woollies.

    Are there any recommendations from people from Australia on like for like replacement brands?

    Hi I’m from Brisbane
    I would like to find the porridge that is in the book on page191
    The book says 100G of porridge provides 95 Kcals

    Well, I went to Woolies & the best I found was porridge with about 4 times The kcals

    Is that 95 in the book a mistake ?

    I think you’ll find that the 95 refers to cooked porage not raw oats.

    Jumbo oats will be the same whatever the brand and wherever they are purchased.
