weight loss slowed down

  • Hello everyone
    After 4 weeks on 4,3 diet I’ve lost about 4kg. I’m pleased so far but this week I havnt lost any weight. On my fast day I never get that hungry feeling anymore . I think my body has adjusted to fasting. It’s getting easier and love it. Can anyone tell me why I didn’t loose any weight this week. I watch what I eat. On non fast days stick to 1200 to 1400 calories.. and I go to the gym 3 x week. What am I doing wrong.????

    it may b 2 little calories & the body is super resisting

    or 2 much exercise & the body is more muscle

    start experimenting on both

    c what happens

    i’m sure u will kickstart ur body to release those calories!!!!!!!

    some people do not have 2 count cals or watch their exercises
    or anything & they lose 2lbs a wk or more & achieve their goals quickly

    some of us NOT 😀

    i will try and eat more, and i will see what i ate during the first 2 weeks and eat the same. that might kick start my weight loss.

    i started 3/2/13 (it’s funny i never remembered the date of starting a diet even one that was the most successful the atkins diet but this one i will never forget it just fits 4life)!

    u can blend diets like i’m a lchfccmedfd (lowcarbhighfatcarbcyclingmediterraneanfastdieter) 😀

    have lost 26+- lbs gone through 2-4 plateaus

    due 2 an experiment i’m doing w/ reverse type2diab
    my menue plan is super low as if i had those stomach band surgeries

    that why i’m up so late one of the intermittent side effects
