Week 4 and struggling on

    Hi Jonno79 – Was wondering how things were going!! Another lb lost is great!! I am also struggling on week 5 – I think its the piles of snow that are battering Boston right now as all I can think about is food!!! Oh well onwards!!

    Expecting hard weeks along the way…. pushing through and looking forward to the better results I will hopefully get in the future!!! One thing I have learned over the years that weight loss is never a constant… some weeks give small losses, others give big losses, sometimes the losses are not what you were expecting… either big or small… all I can do is keep going and know that 1lb lost is 1lb less than I had last week…

    I’m 6 weeks in myself and am very happy with the results so far. I don’t really notice that I’m hungry on fast days anymore and when I do it is fleeting. I’ve also noticed that the day after a fast I feel outstanding. I’ve probobly told 20 or so people about the diet in my office and my copy of the book is making the rounds. This is so much easier to make part of my life than something like an Atkins where what you eat is so restricted. Now I just need to convince my wife to give it a try. Good luck moving forwards!
