  • Today is my first fast day. It’s already 3pm and I am doing fine, just drinking water and green teas, etc. If I get a hunger pang I just imagine all the fat being eaten up inside! What are your thoughts on a 4:3 week. E.g. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays… Many had success with this?

    On the subject of 4:3 eating: I tried it a for a couple of weeks and found it no harder than 5:2 when dealing with hunger. I found it to life limiting though. Only having 2 fixed week nights you can have a meal with parents, friends etc. I instead do a flexible 5:2 routine with no fixed days for fasting, but always doing 2 fast days on week days.
