    I find that the day following a fast (i.e. a feed day) I am constantly thirsty all day. I find this surprising as on a fast day I drink alot of water. any ideas?

    I realise you drink a lot on fast days, but maybe you are replacing the extra fluids lost during a fast? I find I want carbohydrates!

    I’m the same very thirsty,

    I drink lots of water on a fast day, the next day still very very thirsty, it eases of toward end of day.

    Strange!
