Steps and exercise

  • Hi if I do at least 12000 steps ever day, quite often more, does this make me a moderate exerciser? Also play racquetball 2 times a week. Am a little confused

    Sorry but no it does not.

    The biggest mistake we all make is over-estimating the amount of exercise we do AND the impact it has on weight loss.

    If you are asking for the purpose of calculating your TDEE you should opt for light exercise.
