Starting 5:2 tomorrow

    Starting my 5:2 tomorrow, feeling extremely nervous. I have 24lbs to lose so just under 2st. It’s been a hard long journey to date, so really hoping this will help.

    Any support and guidance is greatly appreciate. I’m exercising 3-4 times a week so fingers crossed that btwn now and Xmas I can get some serious results

    Sweet things r my weakness

    I was looking for a FD meal plan to help start me off. Is there anything online at all??

    If sweets are your weakness. Perhaps dried friuts willhelp replace a sweet habit with a fruit habit.

    You need to read the book, or download the app, which I believe you have to buy.

    I’d like to know what I can eat on the 2 fast days pkease

    Hi Omisuraca:

    You can eat 500 or fewer calories of any food you like.

    Many find one meal in the evening that is high in fat and protein works best.
