Even though I’ve only read half of the book, it is enough to start, so I did! Have tried calorie counting before, but my weight just sticks, so thought I’d give this a go as its less to think about. Wish me luck!

I have also read the whole book and want to give the fast diet a try
I just finished the book– So I am making today my first 500 calorie day! I’m hoping this will work as a lifestyle change!
