Newbie – 1st day is tomorrow

  • Hello everyone,

    I learned about 5.2 through a friend who has just started also. Although weight loss is only a part of my health goals this year and I’ve already lost 25 pounds, I have hit a plateau. I’m hoping that 5.2 will kick start my body into losing another 17 pounds. I do exercise 3-5 days a week (running, pilates, horseback riding, walking).

    Looking forward to sharing my experience and supporting others in their goals, too!
