New year new start

  • Hi starting today, I did this a few years ago and it worked really well for me, but got out of the habit , I have exercised regularly until October 2014 when I had a major operation and not been able to to to the gym since. The pounds have crept on and I now can’t fit into my size12 clothes. Hoping that within a few weeks I will start to feel better , be able to excessive again and my clothes will fit any advise or help in the first few days will be greatly appreciate thanks

    Hi I have also just started the 5:2 today or yesterday now..I have been searching for something that would change my life and not just a diet. I love the fact that we can support eachother on this forum too. Can you think back to when you did this before? If it worked well you must have some good ideas from then? I would love to hear them? Did you write any fast day meals or ideas down somewhere from when you did it before to jog your memory?
