new to this diet

  • Hi guys,
    i just recently returned from a holiday with my family in canberra my new years goal was to go on a diet so i am trying the 5.2 diet i started on monday having breakfast,lunch and tea and cutting out the snacks as the week has progressed i have been busy so i havent want to snack i start my fasting tommorrow and i am only going to have breakfast not sure how i will go but i am going to give it a go.
