  • hello everyone, I’m going to start this diet tomorrow. I’m 44 and 18st 5 looking to get to 15st. I’d like to know what people eat on they’re non fast days.

    On feed days I eat and drink as normal. On fast days I eat nothing when I’m being good and tofu or egg salad when I’m not.

    Everyone is different, if you read the threads there’s loads of chatter about what people eat or plan to eat on there fast days. Have you worked out you TDEE yet?

    Your age height and weight determine how many calories you eat on fast days. I’m short and over sixty so my fast day calorie intake is only around 300.

    Ops sorry I miss read your post, however the same is true for none fast days, you need to know your personal calorie limit on none fast days and then what you eat will depend on Your own personal taste.
