  • i started the fast Diet when the first book was published two and Half years ago I lost 3 stone 10 lb I have managed to stay within 10 lb of my weight, all was ok but I realised I had to lose some more weight when I had a Tape Measure sent to me by the British Heart Foundation telling me to measure my waist around my Belly Button this I did and was astounded to find it read 41.5 inches my trouser size is 34 in waist, well that measurement put me in the obese class and at risk of cardiac problems this was a great concern to me because I have had Heart By- Pass surgery I am posting this to make others aware I would welcome any comments I ought to say I am fairly fit walk at least 5 mile a day and attend my local Gym. Before I went on my first fast diet I was borderline Diabetic I am now in the clear all thanks to the Fast Diet.
