  • Hello everyone I just registered here I have been doing so many diet with not result to lose weight. A less 40 lbs. About me 47 years old working as a taxi driver. Working out 5 times a week. Really intense workouts 60 to 90 min each day. My goal is lose weight and buildi lean muscle. So I’m going to start reading to begin my plan next Monday. Sorry forgot to mention that I been doing that for 4 years so diet is ok a think just a lot vegi and protein low carb. Fat only from coconut oil, olive oil and butter.
