  • Today I’ve hardly noticed any hunger pangs, amazing as I’m normally snacking all day on not too unhealthy stuff. What works is drinking, if I fancy a snack (although not exactly hungry) I go have a drink. Water works fine, coffee helps me as well. So as Michael says, thirst can make you want to eat.
    Keep going all, after 18 hours ish I feel great. 🙂
