Just starting- Any tips will be great!

    Tomorrow’s my first day of fasting any tips or advice of what I should be expecting?

    AND: Does writing a blog help with you keeping motivated??

    newby to site…keen to dream..goal in site & looking for motivation tips…what keeps you all on target each day?…how do you keep that magic switch turned on?

    Hey both. I too only began last week but having been cutting back for several weeks now. Willpower is the most important thing you will need and lots of water lol. I kick started getting back into the fast diet last week by fasting everyday. It also important to be careful what you have on normal days too. I enjoy things like muller lights and alpen light bars at work, snack a jacks etc. I find eating skinless chicken and eggs useful too, nice foods but great for dieting and keeping you fuller. I have lost 10 pounds already from watching what I eat for several weeks and then completing the 5 day fast last week.

    Hi hi everyone im new to it too im starting it tomorrow and so nervous i have to loose FIVE stone dont know how im going to manage. But all in all im looking forward to seeing my weight melt away lol but i really wish every one luck on those fasting days GOOD LUCK ALL and DONT give up

    I am a new starter too. Very keen as painful joints from being overweight is really stopping me enjoying life & my grandkids. Any tips, tricks from older members would be really helpful. Good luck everyone – first day tomorrow!
