Hey both. I too only began last week but having been cutting back for several weeks now. Willpower is the most important thing you will need and lots of water lol. I kick started getting back into the fast diet last week by fasting everyday. It also important to be careful what you have on normal days too. I enjoy things like muller lights and alpen light bars at work, snack a jacks etc. I find eating skinless chicken and eggs useful too, nice foods but great for dieting and keeping you fuller. I have lost 10 pounds already from watching what I eat for several weeks and then completing the 5 day fast last week.
