    Hi, just started diet and this forum. Couldn’t work out how to search the forum after reading instructions so please excuse me if someone has already asked. Does anyone have a good calorie count website? I need to modify calories to kjs a lot and several of the things I eat are not in fast diet book? Thanks for your help!

    CalorieKing is very good. I use it for the counts on raw ingredients when I modify recipes or create new recipes for Fasting. If you are going from calories to kJs, your computer might have a widget for converting weights and measures.
