Monday I had Apple and weight watchers meal and today I had Apple weight watchers meal banana and orange.

I would say no but it also depends on your fasting regiment. I fast two non-consecutive days per week. I eat a small 300 calorie meal in the morning and again 12 hours later- 600 total calories. The mistake I see here is that you are eating to many carbs which don’t keep you full very long. In fact, fruit is very high in carbs which will cause your insulin to spike and will make you hungry sooneer. I would suggest eating somthing high in protein for your fast meals- maybe some Turkey sausage or a protein shake loaded with spinach. It sounds to me like you are trying to starve yourself thin. This will work but you will be miserable. You should read the FAQ’s on this site to help you get started and be more effective. Good luck!
