After week one incredibly impressed ….. Friday weigh in….. loss of 5 pounds
Last weekend we had visitors Friday and Saturday BBQ and wine, but not OTT
Monday first fast day managed easily 610 c
Thursday second fast day 705 c but a long walk during day
Days in between stuck to sensible eating and watching calories, fantastic!

The beauty of 5:2 is that it fits in to your lifestyle….BBQ and wine…and still a weight loss!
Keep it up, and you will be even more impressed!
(I wish I’d learned about 5:2 years before I did!)

Have found the first week very easy to be honest and beneficial!
Week 2 and fasting day today, Monday. Was going to try Monday and Wednesday last week, but thought maybe a bit close together and did Thursday instead.
Found ‘logging’ everything is better, otherwise tend to overeat!
