  • Hi, I started fasting last May and did well but lost my way back in October…..lots of reasons really. Anyway have decided to start again after ruling out fasting causing any of my issues.
    On week 2 day 3 and managing quite well. I’m a grazer on my fast days making my 500 calls up with fruit, yogurt and soup. Have even started exercising Mondays and Fridays, my fast days.
    Looking forward to summer and after booking a holiday more reason to embrace fasting again.
    Just wanted to say hello again and looking forward to reading the posts for ideas and motivation.
