Ideas for HIT with ankle injury

  • Hey folks currently dealing with an ankle injury (but normally it’s not great, had surgery 2 years ago on ankle & knee so looking for low impact ideas of HIT).

    So any ideas for HIT that would work for me?

    I’m coming from a fairly low level of fitness, have a bike but until this current injury settles I won’t be cycling. Also like to use kettlebells and body weight exercises. Any good ideas to work the legs outside of squats or lunges? I thought to do kickbacks for hamstrings & glutes.

    I did find a seated kettlebell workout on youtube but not strong/confident enough to push it for HIT.
