I am a mum in my 40’s and every time I lose weight I can never lose those last few kilos. In turn I put the weight back on over time. I would love to get down to my ideal weight and keep it off. How is everyone going with their journey??

Hi Goodlife,
Weight loss journey has been challenging to most of us and persistence is the key. Always loosing those last few extra kilos is a challenge as the body sticks to them in a stubborn way.
But, doing 5:2 and making sure we count dont cross our calorie limits on fast days is the key. Am sure, once you start following them religiously you goanna see the changes.
