I keep failing!!

  • Hi. I need to find my motivation. I keep trying to fast, doing a day, eating too much in between, then not fasting. I feel a bit out of control. Please someone some sensible words to get me on track, my self talk isn’t working!!!

    Think about the 4 P’s. Planning, Preparation, Persistence and Patience.
    Read Dr Mosley’s book.
    Analyse what you are doing so you can learn from your mistakes.
    Aim to get better each Fast Day.
