    I’ve lost around 1 stone (6.5 kg in 3 weeks)

    My TDEE is: 2403 calories

    Work out your goal weight TDEE and stick to that. You’ll lose weight and shouldn’t need to make adjustments when you reach goal.

    Pretty sure your TDEE is not 2403. maybe more like 1403…. Recalculate, Neo, using the WEIGHT YOU WANT TO BE rather than the weight you ARE.

    Hi Fasting Me. Thanks for the info. My ideal weight is 82.2 kg as I also weight train, my TDEE for that weight is 1784 calories.
