Hoping that this time I can get my head in the right place and make a healthier lifestyle happen. Mid-fifties and diagnosed with Diabetes early in 2017. So far, have not been tracking or even taking my medicine. Getting ready to get married end of August and I want to get my health in order so I can enjoy new life for as long as possible.
Well you’ve outlined some pretty important things there. If that doesn’t motivate you then Im not sure what else you need? Just do it. Choose healthy options and it will make it a lot easier to do 5:2. Good luck. Get yourself onto one of the many groups and just do it.
