Welcome. This is my first week, going well so far. Weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed! Can anyone tell me how many calories one should have on a non fast day. At the moment I’m going by my TDEE which is 1772 but if I haven’t lost at least a pound by the end of the week I might see about reducing this amount on my non fast days. Would like to hear how many calories other people are using on non fast days.

I’ve just completed my first week and today is my 4th Fast day.
I’m not finding calorie counting too difficult as I’ve got a useful App on my phone that I find very helpful.
On non fasting days I try and keep my intake below my RDI of 2300.
In fact I find it difficult to reach that as a target so hopefully all good.
