  • Hi everyone,

    Just thought I would say hi – I’m new to the forum and just finding my way around. I’m on my second week of 5:2, getting back to it after having a baby 4 months ago. Feels great to be back!. I have about 15kg to lose, not sure exactly – still haven’t been man enough to weigh myself!.

    I have done the 5:2 before, lost about 5kg which was great. Haven’t ever looked at or stuck to my TDEE on non fasting days and that’s something I am going to look at this time, to hopefully help with the losses, as it does tend to come off super slowly for me.

    Also back to exercise and I am gym training/jogging twice a week.

    All going ok so far, hoping the forum will be a good motivator on the tougher days when the success stories really help to keep you going.

    I’m also on the 5:2 FB group if anyone else is on there.

    Good luck beach! I’m new to the 5:2, started it for the first time 7 weeks ago and am down 9.7lbs so far.
    Sticking to your TDEE on non-fast days should definitely help, that’s what I’m doing. Also changed up my gym routine a little after a few weeks in and that really helped.
