  • Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. Have found it very useful and motivating browse the forums 🙂

    I have fasted on and off over the past couple of years and have lost a stone and now put it back on!

    Today I am starting a 4:3 (mon/wed/fri) and will be doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and her yoga (inferno or meltdown haven’t picked one yet!).

    I have a busy life style and two kids (15 months and 4) but have decided no more excuses. I have a holiday in September and would love to drop a dress size and be more toned :c)

    I lack will power and motivation so am hoping being active in the forum will help me stick with a new healthy lifestyle.

    Welcome! I’m not a prolific poster, but can’t resist being the first one to say hello and wish you luck. 🙂 I am now in my 6th week of 5:2 and have lost 12 pounds. Only 28 more to go!
