  • i really wanted a garlicky white pizza

    Cheese, Mozzarella, part skim
    ¼ cup, shredded 85
    Eggs, fried, no fat added
    2 medium egg(s) 126
    Oatmeal Wholegrain, instant, plain, cooked (no fat added)
    2 cup 200
    flaxmilk unsweetened
    ½ of 1/4 cup 3

    seasons

    basil
    oregano
    allot of garlic

    mix everything in pan except cheese
    w/out heat

    spread out like a pizza
    medium heat let it brown
    flip it over

    pour cheese let it melt done

    a healthy fastday comfort food

    it was a big large plate pizza yay! 🙂

    total cals 414

    or breakfast 207 cals
    dinner 207 cals

    next time i will add spinach Spinach, raw 1 cup 7 cals 🙂

    i think i will also make this on nonfastdays 2
    adding more cheese 🙂

    this time tonight i wanted again white pizza but crunchy w/ a cheesecake 🙂

    white pizza

    Olive oil 1 teaspoon 40 cals
    kelp noodles gold mine nat fd 2 cup 24
    flaxmilk unswt 1 tablespoon 2
    Eggs, fried, no fat added 3 medium egg(s) 190
    Cheese, Mozzarella, part skim ½ cup, shredded 171

    seasons
    basil
    oregano
    allot of garlic

    the kelp put them in a chopper
    this is wwhat makes it crunchy super healthy 2 cups of vegetables 4 the day

    mix everything in pan except cheese
    w/out heat
    spread out like a pizza
    medium heat let it brown
    flip it over
    pour cheese let it melt done

    strawberry cheese cake

    Nonfat sour cream 2 tablespoon 24
    Strawberries, raw 8 medium (1-1/4″ across) 31
    Almonds, unroasted 3 almond 21

    seasoning

    grinded peels lime to orange
    drop of lemon juice

    put everything in a chopper eat out of the small chopper w/ a spatula makes it more fun 🙂

    i don’t have a microwave so i put the cutup apple in pan medium low heat w/ spices u want for apple pie

    put hotapple in bowl mixed it all up w/ the sour cream, crushed Almonds

    then crumble the finn crisps on top

    nice crunchy fastday apple pie

    starting fast days @ 6pm then its like having a 1 1/2 dayfast

    6pm meal nonfastday

    6pm eat fastday

    12pm eat nonfastday

    that’s 42hrs
