    Going great, I started the diet on the 23 Oct 2017, today is exactly 4 months and I am enjoying it immensely, part of my weekly routine and I am able to stick to it every week without fail. My thanks to Michael and Mimi for showing me the way.

    Progress thus far:
    23 Oct 2017= 103kg
    23 February 2018= 95.5kg
