First Month Down

  • I’ve been following orders, and fasting 5:2 on Mondays and Thursdays and have lost just over 5lbs so far. This is despite some chocolate now and again and an alcoholic night out last weekend. This only serves to prove to me that I can have my cake and eat it.
    I find fasting days quite difficult as I am a feaster in my eating. I can eat huge meals, and so Im trying to use this intermittent fasting as a way of distinguishing real hunger from pure appetite, and coming to terms with how much food I actually need, instead of what I want.
    So far, so good.Time only will tell!
