Started the fast diet today and decided to go straight into a fast day as I felt syched up to do it, plus I wanted to get it out of the way. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I live with my parents and food is a very big part of all our lives, so the temptation is always there. I kept myself busy and drank loads of water and some tea. I’ve felt pretty good all day. I feel confident I will get through my second day of fasting on Monday without any problems. I’m feeling positive and not hungry at all, which is a surprise.
