First day fast-did I do it right?

  • I had a small salad at lunchtime with lettuce,cucumber,grated carrot and cabbage and a small amount of feta cheese.Then I had probably 3/4 tbls of fat free yoghurt with a chopped up strawberry and a couple of pieces of pineapple.For tea I had 4 lamb koftas with half a red pepper and some carrot batons.I also had a banana and a packet of cassava crisps.
    Gosh now I’ve written it all down it seems like quite a lot.What do you think?

    I eat the whole watermelon (3.5kg) sounds a lot but it is only 300kcal 😀

    Just eat lots of fruits and veggies on fasting days… Save crisps/dairy products for non-fasting days
