Don’t think it will be liquid fast today, starving already just booked two nights in Somerset, arrive Tuesday watch speedway Wednesday and come home Thursday, it will be Denise’s first speedway meeting for a good few years. The speedway is in August so a mini holiday, hope it doesn’t rain.I have read 3/4 of the Dirty Diet book, it’s very good, it explains how everything works and there are lots of recipies if you like them that is, most are not for me unfortunately.Dont see much difference between the 5-2 and the dirty diet myself.

Fast day complete. Not quite fluid only but finished on 200 cals. Not expecting a loss in the morning as it was up this morning.

Poor Buddy has been attacked by a German Pointer..at emergency vets…the pointer got hold of him and shook him crashing his head on the floor a good few times…he has lost 6 teeth but no puncture marks..he has painkillers but home now.

The woman wasn’t bothered at all and was on mobile and didn’t help to separate the dogs, until a man commented it was her fault…she has paid the vets fee…

Hope he’s ok tomorrow..

Jean- I hope that Buddy’s okay- that’s something I was always scared about when I walked Josie, how some people don’t care & don’t watch their dogs…Good job she’s paying the vets bill, hopefully it’ll make her think another time… Hope your FD was okay yesterday- pork salad, yuk! Nice to have a new bedroom to look forward to as well as a holiday!
Kay- hope your back is better for the soak in the bath, cleaning’s pretty bad for backs (so my hubby says!!). I’ve never tried kefir, does it have a taste- will have to google it! Watched the beach body programme last night- they seem to eat quite well on that diet, nice food!
Hemmy- I watch most sport if UK play too! Hope you had some time for the garden yesterday & it sounds as though your FD went well again, you’re back into it with a vengeance!!
Dave- you’ll be glued to the TV for the next few weeks then? Have you had an answer about your calorie intake?
Cakey- sounds like you’re having a very stressful time with work at the moment- I don’t know how you manage to fast at all ever with all the travelling etc. Does your puppy (& your hubby?!) miss you when you’re away? Hope you get everything done…

Was happy with the scales this week- having the OMAD has kept them at the same weight, really surprised as it was a large meal & a keto pud/ treat afterwards every day too! Won’t be so good after the weekend away…Why is it that I can happily fast any day, yet going away the thought of going without food is getting me in a tizzy? I want to keep fairly on track with keto still, so have some keto things for breakfast so I’m not tempted by granola & croissants, but I should be able to go without breakfast quite easily?!?
Little bit anxious about the boys- youngest has to get his own dinner when he gets home from school, pack his cadet stuff for the weekend, & get himself & his friend to the centre at the right time! & eldest hasn’t been well so has an emergency doctors appt. tomorrow… I have to let go of them at some point, I know!

Hedgehog- MFP – evil is the word for it, – but oh my goodness has it taught me a lesson. kitchen scales now used at every meal (until I get my eye in).
Weigh in day, is going to be Friday. After 2 Fluid fasts this week I am 126lb, target is to stay the same until Monday, Monday and Wednesday will be FD’s.
I know this seems like a low weight to some, but I am small- not quit 5ft, have been fat I have been thin, favourite weight 110lb. Would be happy with 116. Positive thoughts to all.X

A pretty ok day…I always do my weather reports…lol

A nurse appointment to shringe his ears out…a bit deaf of late..ignoring me as normal…😂…going through to Hull to see daughter and have haddock and chips tonight after work..a catchup before holidays…( no chips for me)

We have both moved just over a pound each this morning..so quite pleased with that…both at our lowest for a very long time….our last weigh in until after holidays..

The last we heard about Buddy, of the 6 teeth some are out completely and some snapped off…they always ask if he can say hello as they are socialising him, the lady said yes….some owners just don’t take responsibility …..after the attack when walking back to car, another two ladies walking with two dogs let him say hello, as they didn’t want him to be too frightened to mix in the future…

Just heard Buddy has difficultly in eating but he’s up and about playing with his football..the girls seem more traumatised with the attack…at least it’s his baby teeth, vet said the big teeth should push the roots out…

Half a pound is half a pound…good luck with the DD…it’s change things about and see which works..I am dropping bread and potatoes I did it once before years ago and helped a lot so trying again..Hemmy reminded me..

Might squeeze a weigh in Tuesday..only log it if lower…lol

Jean People should not have ears syringed,I go to ENT at Manchester Royal and they said they stopped doing that a long time ago because it’s dangerous, they said no water should ever be squirted down your ears, these days they suck out wax,never syringe it.

Hope it dosent taste of cheese,I can’t bare cheese.Will have to have a sip first before I put it on anything.Going out for a drink on Sunday and with having my large steak on Saturday the weigh in for next week is not looking good. Not had a drink of beer for 4 months, so due one 😁🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Managed a reasonable FD yesterday, but a frantically busy day today and I feel like I’ve just been grabbing quick sugars again too much.

Very busy weekend ahead… The usual busy Sunday, but tomorrow I’m through to a semi-formal afternoon thing in the big city. I’ve put off trying on the dress I’m hoping still fits. Don’t really do fancy but I have a hot pink dress from NZ – if it still fits – that I’m hoping will do. And then the boy has a sleepover while we hot foot it south to look at another old banger. Can t resist them. But it means a very late night for this girl who’s usually in bed by 10 and up with the lark.

Who knows what food I’ll be eating, but I really want to try and avoid the roller-coaster that sugars put me on.

Thanks for that, thought it was Subway…….Buddy’s mouth a bit sore, struggling to eat but the harness saved his body…such a softy such a shame…he has been playing with his ball…so up and about and been out for his walks…

Wet here too,I have put six ounces on,too much soda bread I think. Just had shredded wheat,honey and nut with fekir over them. Had to guess the weight of them because my kitchen scales battery has gone. Pots done, Denise must have done them this morning 😁four game of football today, will have to take Heidi out between games.

Having a binge weekend,cakes, chocolate,beer😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 need a break, will get back on track Monday.

A bit of a naughty day yesterday …a holiday head on both of us…..wine and chocolate…lol.

Hair colour for me this morning…then out to do a few shopping bits…I am needing a long sleeved top for the garden in the evening, lots of bugs biting..lol…nothing about all short sleeved…thinking of buying a mans shirt maybe from a charity shop…I never wear long sleeved always hot…not bothered on the look!!

Grass cutting and house cleaning over the next two days …must make a start..

Afternoon all! Back already, gone so quickly! It was wet when we left the Cotswolds & didn’t want to leave the journey round the M25 too late, so came straight home. House in one piece! I am joining the naughty ones today after enjoying an almond croissant as well as the fruit, yoghurt & granola, although we skipped lunch!
