    Audrey

Morning Jean, I like your thinking on going back on the sugar diet if needed 😊😊 after Xmas. I love our little group. Lots of lovely support n ideas.

    Thanx 😊😊😊Louise xx

Hi Audrey, good luck on your fasting day. Just another 800 calorie day for me. Been for a walk this morning n done 5000 steps. Did by pass Tesco n spent a few minutes in the bread section yum yum lol 😊. Have a nice day.

    Louise 😊😊xx

    Thanks Louise

It’s going to be a hard one as my beloved hubby has passed his cold on to me…

I love the smell of fresh baked bread and cakes too!! Lolo πŸ˜†.

    Have a great day

    Aud

    Morning All..

A very late start for us, I think still a bit of jet lag but not as bad as last time.

We will be joining you fasting Audrey today…anyone else?

Anyone weighing in today…hope it’s a good one. Steve’s weights up today so scales maybe not right the other day..☹️️…( the same weight up as me!!) we are hoping for 1 lb up each tomorrow 😬

    Louise..
Well done on the bread section….I really love granary brown cob…..can’t buy it… I eat the lot!! …..A lot of steps done at this time of the morning and me with a cuppa in bed…he he.

    Will be back later

    Jean x

Afternoon all, weigh in day for me 5lds off, very happy though I realise it won’t stay at that, but I do feel my clothes are fitting much better already, nfd for me but I find I am still in fast mode and have to remind myself to eat. Hope your all well and having a good fast day if your on one.

    Hi all

Change of plans for us.. Have decided on fish and chips for tea sat looking at the sea…

    Will fast tomorrow instead.

Have a good day all fast or non fast and remember together we are stronger

    Audrey

    Louise..
This sugar diet is really working well for you…really well done…keeping even to 800 days is a challenge before you even start with the drop in sugar.

Have you a lot of weight to loose now?

    Audrey…
Enjoy your fish and chips you know how much we like them….lol

    Jean x

    Hey guys

NFD for me, and I so enjoy eating. Got my exercise in, but I think I may have strained a muscle. My aunt, I told you guys about her, is talking about going on another diet. Low-carb. She says she cheats. And I was thinking “No freaking kidding” you can’t be over 100 kg, eat 1200 a day and keep your diet. Let’s hope this one will treat her better. Tomorrow Marco and I are having fries!

Sarah, I didn’t feel harassed, You were just showing interest, and by the way I love vanilla, too

I like the idea of a stricter November. Will we have some rules or guidelines about the challenge?

Jean, so Steve got his come-uppence, huh? πŸ˜› =D

Louise, wow, I wish I would loose as much as you do

Audrey, I was in England once and had Fish and Chips. I was 1 then, and I still remember how much I enjoy them

Everyone else, you’re doing well. Have a good day
    x

Do you mind if I join in the group? American born but Brit by ancestry. I’m a mother of 2 and just starting out on the 5:2 diet. Today is my first fast day.

    Hi all and welcome Lingo82

    Well done Casp. Fantastic start!

Sorry Louise have missed your loss that others are mentioning. Well done and on resisting bread! Torture…

Enjoy your changed day Audrey. Flexibility is what makes this work.

Enjoy your fries Vi. Well earned!

Jean, ha, so the male metabolism not totally immune…..

As for me, doing a FD but had the last breakfast of my break this morning. Haddock and poached egg then half a slice of toast (with butter and marmalade!). After it I thought well thank goodness I can get back to my normal eating. My plan is not to have anything other than a bit of milk in tea or coffee until Saturday morning. But eating already today makes it harder and feel hungry already. I reckon this will count as one 500 day then one liquid only day back to back. That must be possible.

I have to do this. Didn’t weigh last week because the week had been all over the place work and foodwise. I have to weigh this Saturday and even if I can stick to liquid only for what will be about 44 hours I am dreading what the scales will say. Drat work and holidays!!

Woe is me. Really need to get back on track and this will do it. I just need to stick to it until Saturday. Have no idea if I am up to it. Will let you know if I crack or not…

    Xx

Vi, on rules or guidelines for November challenge not sure as different people may want different things. I wonder if at its simplest it could be a stated intent to maintain or lose whatever we think (I would suggest that a rule could be that we don’t actually intend to put on πŸ™‚ lol) and then to keep everyone updated and see how we do by the end of the month.

    What do others think?

Ps if haddock etc doesn’t sound too bad this morning, I can’t even begin to describe what I ate yesterday. Suffice it to say it must have been well over TDEE. I am sure I will pay for my weakness on Saturday morning!

    Sarah…
Well said..about right for November..lol…make it simple to suit and get the weight moving down..πŸ˜€..no rules we all should all know them by now….except new people..πŸ˜‡

    Vi..
You did make me laugh about your Aunt…at least the thoughts there again…lol..lol

    Lingo..
Welcome to our corner. Hope your first FD goes well, it does take a couple of weeks to get your head around it and Yes it does get easier. When your tummy grumbles think of it as your body eating your fat!

Looking at the time …are you living in the U.K.?…my daughter is married to an American and living in Louisania at the moment with his work. He is originally from Colorado.

Our fasting is going well today…2 lamb chops with salad tonight…a bit of a rumbley tummy at the moment, another 45 mins to wait.

Keep going the fasters not long to go now…

    Jean x

    Hi all

Im fasting today too….well the fasting is almost over and Im about to have my meal which will be under 400 cals. Went out earlier for a 3.5 mile walk and burned about that many cals according to my fitbit!

Weigh in tomorrow and Im hoping for a loss :-O
The scales looked good after my FD on Tuesday and only up a bit this morning, so Im hoping that my weekly weight range goes down another notch.

    Audrey
Hope you enjoyed your fish and chips. Enjoy your last few days at the caravan.

    Jean
Well done on your FD, hope you enjoyed your lamb chops. At least the both of you are at the same point now that Steves weight has adjusted itself.

    Sarah
Good luck on your back to back days. If you manage to get through today, which I reckon will be the hardest bit, then tomorrow is just the usual fluid FD that you know you can achieve.

    Vi
Enjoy your fries tomorrow. You made me laugh too about your auntie!

    Louise
Keep going with the 800 cals and weight loss, its certainly giving you a good basis for the ongoing weight loss when you switch over to the 5:2

    Casp
Well done on the weight loss. Keep it up!

Im definitely up for ‘Nail it November’ lol!! I know we will all have different goals for the month but its about finding ways to be a bit more committed and accountable for 30 days.
Vi I think we all need to take a lesson from you….you rarely stray from your plans and complete more FDs than the rest of us!
In fact we all have something that we do ok with, so we could share those elements and help others to get stronger.

Im going to plan my month around social stuff I know is happening and schedule in my FDs. Im going to pick a different goal for each of the 4 weeks and the first one will be to calorie count all 7 days and be within my weekly allowance. I need to get better on my NFDs!!!

    Kay x

Thanks for the encouragement Kay. You are right today is bad. The worst FD I have ever had but I am not giving in now. Too late in the day to crack now. Hoping tomorrow is easier then I am back on track. Well done on your day and hope the scales behave themselves tomorrow. X

    Morning All…

A cloudy day here in the east.

Weigh in this morning from pre holiday….me 1 lb on …..Mr Fussy Knickers has lost 1 lb…no need to dance Audrey…..Steve has worn the carpet out!!!

We both are really pleased one of the best weights after any holiday for both of us. Up late this morning so going to be a two meal day.

    Sarah..
I wouldn’t worry too much b to b days are really hard going and you are doing great…you will get odd days which don’t go right.

    Kay..
Good luck on your weigh in this morning. You always do well.

    Vi..
Hope you are feeling better and enjoyed your fries. As someone said you are leading us all on 4 fasts a week….that’s heavy going.

    Audrey..
OK you can give Steve a dance…..his lowest weight for three years….πŸ˜€

Carol, Louise, Lynda, Ginette, Casp, lingo, hope all going well, sorry if I have missed anybody.

Just found my hair appointment today pm 😬Nearly missed it!

    Jean X

    Morning all

Quiet day here for us.. the garden here is now weeded and seeded…

Still full of a cough and cold so sorry Jean not fit enough to dance…really good news on the weigh in though…

Off now have a good day everybody together we are stronger

    Audrey

    Hey Guys

“Nail it November!” I like that name. And I’m in. I hope to lose 1 kilo. That’s like 2.2 lb. Might not sound like much, but over the last 10 or so weeks I lost 4 kilo’s, and I don’t want to be setting myself up for disappointment. Now, on the weekend I allow one fastfood day, and have some cookies or pretzels if I want them. And I thought for November no Fastfood day, and just one day a week when I can have some cookies or pretzels. Also I intend to do 45 min on my arm-bike every day. And I hope to squeeze in two days for writing on my fanfic
What do you guys think about my goals?

So, today, is fries day… so looking forward to that!

Jean, men, it’s a good thing we love them so much… πŸ˜›

Kay,good job on the fasts. You’re doing really well. Even if your weight doesn’t reflect it all the time. Those Fitbit things are nice, I know I always get motivated when the display on my Arm-bike hits the 100 cal

Sarah, you’re a boss doing back-to-back liquid fasts.

Audrey, like everyone says have a good last couple of days at the caravan

Sorry everyone I missed, It’s not that I don’t like you, or don’t follow your progress. There’s just so many of us, it’s hard to come up with something specific to say to everyone.

    Have a good day,
    x

    Hi All,

Well Xmas shopping has started…been to Lidl and got 4 packets of treats to go in the Xmas box, chocolate coated marzipan sweets with plum inside, coconut fancies with plain chocolate, chocolate coated German ginger type biscuits, Florentines…all the packets are not big but handy for the Xmas visitors. ..β˜ƒοΈ..πŸŽ…πŸΌ

    Now… HANDS OFF..😁

    Audrey…
Hope you soon feel better…coughs and colds.. welcome to winter….are you the first starting…ugh

Enjoy your last couple of days.

    Vi…
Sounds good your plan of attack…we all loose at different levels…we are the middle of the road not slow but not too quick, we are too old for that. Just in the downward mode will be fine.

We will still be having Friday off it’s something to look forward to and not feel guilty. No alcohol in November unless socialising but that doesn’t happen often. Steve is still having no sweeneners in drinks but he’s not keen really. We will maybe try and walk around the village it’s about 30 mins a few times a week…we have stopped doing that. 3lbs or 4lbs for us would be lovely over the month.

4 kilos is a good loss for you….you are in your wheelchair and it must slow things down a bit…you do really well on the 4 fasts a week.

Off for hair cut soon speak later

    Jean x

    All quiet on here…

Come back from the hairdressers cut a bit shorter than normal…she said I had a few dead ends….the sun must have got to it…lol

Lovely smell coming from the oven my beef ribs, never cooked them before just slowly reheating from the other day apparently they taste better. Having them with just with large roasties, peas and crusty bread for dipping…we have had no lunch today to balance out…Shame no wine!

    Hope everyone is good

    Jean x

Absolutely scrumptious….we are stuffed…apple turnover and cream for afters…No wine, and it’s Friday…lol

    Have a good weekend x

    Oh dear

It’s going to be a boozy weekend all our neighbours have arrived…

    Have a good weekend all

    Audrey

    Have one for me…lol…have a lovely time..x

    Jean

We have a really nice friendly bunch of people here and I think tomorrow may be our last bash of the year… could be very noisy lots of good food and drink..just the thing to cheer me up… LOL πŸ˜†

    Aud

Sounds as if you are feeling better…lol..lol x

    Hi all

Well here I am on the second day of liquid only from after brekkie yesterday. Kay was right today has been easier. Not that I am not starving at the moment and to be honest would not trust myself to eat a thing and awaken the hunger dragon. Sipping my boillion as we speak as OH tucks into his favourite mac cheese, followed by cheese, balanced eh?! I will go to bed early dreaming of beef ribs and marzipan.

I am weighing tomorrow but I can definitely feel a change in clothes. You may remember about me talking about a pair of (large) size 14 trousers, well I tried them on today and they are almost comfortably wearable. Maybe another week or so amd there will be no overhang at all lol. I hope the scales play the game tomorrow morning.

Jean your food today sounds wonderful, absolutely scrumptious. Plus I love the whole german biscuit thing, marzipan in any kind and totally love florentines also.

Vi and Jean Re the goals you are right all of us will have different ambitions for Nail it November depending on where we are in the journey and what is happening to us that month. I have a good bit more than either of you to lose so I am going to aim for more than 6lb loss for the month. No fastfood day at all sounds tough Vi. Anyway I am also going to cut down on wine to weekend only and then only a glass or two. I just don’t think i could give it up for a month and in fact I have never done without for more than a week in my memory, although surely it must have happened sometime???

Audrey, your evening sounds lovely. Enjoy it all.

    Happy weekend everyone xx

    Evening Everyone,

Well done on the weight loses 😊😊. Fab, fab, fab xx

I’m off work now for half term. Kids broken up so it’s been a busy day. Big food shop as they eat me out of house and home when they are off.

Walked 6miles today, even the postman commented this morning as I passed him twice with my speedy walking lol.

Nice walk tomorrow with friends by the canal for a good catch up 😊😊. Had a cooked breakfast for tea yum yum n all within my 800 calories. I am starting to think what and why am I doing this too myself!! I’m not hungry at all. Think my stomach has shrunk, but adverts of food/takeaways just make me realise what I’m missing πŸ˜•πŸ˜•. I’m not even half way. Can I last!!!! Really want to, but I’m sure some of my friends think I’m crazy 😜😜. Maybe it’s just tiredness talking.

On the November challenge I would like to lose 2lb a week..is that possible? I’m not sure I can be any more stricter but I’m starting at the gym on Monday. So my goal is to fit in more exercise in the week and advise. So I keep on track 😊😊.

    Thanks for listening.

Hope you have all have had a lovely evening.

    Louise 😊😊xx

    Sarah..
Well done on your b to b…watching hubby eating his food.

Nearly done now enjoy your food tomorrow.

    X

    Louise..

Well done on the walking you are doing well..made me laugh passing the postman twice..πŸ˜€

I think you might manage the 2 lb a week you could give it a go…with the sugar diet.

Enjoy half time get the children walking with you.

    X

Gosh it is not easy this weight losing. Just weighed after 2 weeks and a loss of 1.4 lbs. so that is 10.4lbs off in total with 36 more to go. Slightly disappointing after the last 44 hour fast.

I will take that though after a two week period of being away from home twice. Every time I weigh I remind myself this has to be a way of life. It certainly isn’t a quick fix, but the results are becoming really noticeable now.

Seeing a lot of my two little grandsons 6&3 this weekend and next week as I have quite a bit of time not at work and they are on half term. They and their parents and very bouncy yellow lab will be staying for a good part of it so it will be hectic. I love being a grandma and find them totally hilarious and adorable.

Peanut butter and raspberry jam cookies a la Gordon Ramsey will feature. Now I have seen them in the book I am compelled. I am not quite sure exactly who I am making them for though….hardly surprising weight loss is a bit slow…

    Happy Saturday everyone.

Louise meant to say well done on sticking with it. You have started so well and it would be really good if you could complete. Your friends might think you’re mad but they will also see your weight loss which must be very noticeable. Sometimes it unsettles people a bit if they see someone managing something they might need to do themselves. Once you transfer to 5/2 it is less restrictive. You have come so far with BSD though, imagine how you will feel if you get to the end and have lost even more. You will also finish BSD well before Christmas socialising. Hang on in there I say! X

    Morning Sarah,

Well done on your weight loss 😊😊. Over a 10lb weight loss is amazing. It is hard losing weight πŸ˜•. I think consistency is the key….which is easier said that done with life going on around us.

Thanx for your pep talk I really needed it 😊. It’s so nice to chat with like minded peeps who are travelling the same weight loss journey. I will stick with it and keep my fingers crossed for a weight loss on Monday 😊.

I’ve just ordered some cinnamon tablets which research shows helps lower blood sugar levels. I’ve been taking powdered cinnamon out of the spice cupboard for a while. But it sticks to the roof of yr mouth and isn’t that pleasant lol.

Have a lovely week off with your family and grand children πŸ‘Ά.

    Louise 😊😊xx

    Sarah…

Well done on your nearly 2lbs off.

Please don’t be disappointed you have lost nearly a quarter of your weight…that has to be an achievement.

The weight goes on slowly over the years creeping up when we aren’t looking then it hits us! We have to make the changes and again it’s so slow to come off but we will all get there. A pound a week for us ladies it says in the book or just under so you are about right.

Enjoy your time with the little ones make your cookies, times so short and hope they will remember happy times even if you have to try one or two yourself.

Like us at 6am in bed with 10 books to read with nearly 3 year Charlotte…happy memories.

Over this last 11 months for us it’s the feast and fasting which works, if you go too low it slows down. I know everybody is different and it’s what works for them.

If we haven’t lost anything one week a haddock and chips meal out with bread and butter, wine, kick starts us and we can loose 1 or 2 lbs the following week….it often doesn’t make sense. Our body is a strange thing.

We always have our one day off a week usually a Friday..meal out, wine/beer, a cake a bit of anything we fancy……but only one day!

You are doing really well……we will all get to our goal but it’s not easy.

    Jean ❀️x

    Ps cookies sound lovely…

    Louise…
    Cinnamon in apple pie yummy

    Not for you sorry…lol

You don’t need a pep talk you are doing great.

    Jean X.

Sarah you are doing great, if I was better and had more room I would do my happy dance for you…. well done. .

Louise it’s true when I say together we are stronger we do seem to keep each other in check…keep walking ……

Jean thanks for your support I know I have gained weight again my clothes are snuggly….once I am better will hit it hard I promise. .

Vi enjoy your weekend off and your treat day.

    Have a good weekend all

    Audrey

Dear friends, you are all so wonderfully supportive and encouraging. Thank you xx

Good afternoon everyone, had a nfd yesterday and today, but think I might do a fd tomorrow, I am not very good at sticking to my tree on nfd, so I will fast tomorrow but not sure if I will do a b2b or a 4:3, see how I feel, hope your all well x

    Afternoon All..

A very late hello from me…

We decided very quick to have a ride on the motorbike to the coast, such a lovely morning although we did have a rain shower. The last blast of the season it’s now being taken off the road for the winter. We have not been out a lot this year because of Steve’s back trouble early in the year and he wasn’t sure to have me on the back until he was confident again.

Great news though all my kit is on the roomy side…from being much too tight!…so a happy girl.

    Audrey…
I will hold you to your promise as soon as you are better get you back on track, sort your appointment and tablets out…we will get you moving again.

    Casp…
We will join you tomorrow with fasting, we have our daughter visiting Monday so having to change our day.
We ate that much yesterday we have been full all day, snack for tonight.

    Vi…
Are you fasting Sunday? Or are you having the weekend off…

    Enjoy your weekend everybody

    Jean x

A quick post from me and sorry I didnt post yesterday…..dont know where the time is going at the moment! In work until 6.30 yesterday and worked extra this morning helping out at a flu jab clinic!

Anyway….weigh in yesterday showed me the same as my lowest at the end of September, so no loss but at least Im back there. No change on the tape measure either but I have dropped in my fat % by 2% so now down to 34%

Going through a slightly bumpy time with the seasonal change which has triggered my depression and anxiety but Im holding on!!

Have read all your posts even though Im not adding individual comments today….

We still have a week to go to plan our Nail it November….lots of good goals already πŸ™‚

    Will be back tomorrow.

    K

HI all – back from the hols, and getting ready for a new week of ‘normality’. So nice to catch up on the thread (no internet where we were!) – I missed you all, but quite glad you don’t need to know everything I ate while we were away! However, we did walk up quite a few hills, so that seems to have pegged my weight at 3pounds above the lowest I achieved before the holidays.

I’m loving the idea of Nail it November – my aim would be to lose the 3lbs and then lose a couple more. Thinking ahead a bit, I’d really like my overall goal to be a stone by Easter. I can’t think of what to do to make it all happen apart from nail the basics – we don’t drink, really, so I can’t give up alcohol! But I am going to be trying with the walking and cycling again…I’ve let that slip a bit.

Also, maybe now is the time to tell you that I’ve signed up to do a charity trek this time next year…as a child I read about the Incas and Machu Picchu, and always wanted to go there, Couldn’t believe it when I saw that a charity we support was running a fund-raiser trek next year. Discussed it with OH and the boy, and they both said I could go (on the promise that they get to have an exciting holiday together without me!). So now I have a real focus for getting the job done weight-wise and getting into better shape or I’ll not manage the altitude.

So, Nail it November is just what I need to get back onto things. Today will be a low-key, get things sorted for the morning, batch cook for the freezer, and end with my favourite skippers soup while the boys have ribs so that I’m ready for a FD tomorrow. Better bite the bullet and go on the tracker to record my 3lb gain, and begin the challenge again!

Sooo glad to be back with you all!

    Mx

    Morning everyone

Got my new trousers on and they are snuggly. …have eaten and drunk far too much thank goodness I am home tomorrow.

You know the old saying feed a cold and starve a fever well I have certainly fed my cold.. lol 😁

Not weighing in when I get home I am going to give it a week I think before I see how much damage this holiday has done. .. after saying that I have really enjoyed it apart from the cold and last night was really good with all our friends. .,

Off now to take my hot lemon! But no whisky in it…

    Audrey

    Morning All,

A lovely blue sky start for the day.

FD for us today joining Casp….

Daughter is coming up for lunch tomorrow……NO cake as she is loosing weight with grandson so no baking from me…she is cutting their portions down and off the baking and sweet stuff ….she’s lost about 11 pounds. She can’t do the 5.2 it doesn’t work for her with the family and school, but she’s doing ok. I do think my weight loss has motivated her.

    Audrey…
Enjoy your last day , I know you will be sad at the closing down of the caravan till the spring. Hope your cold soon decides to go and you feel better.

    Casp…
Let’s do a good FD…a strange day for me as I don’t like to change them!

    Minols..
Glad you enjoyed your holiday nice to be away from the gadgets. The 3 lbs will soon move I lost 2lbs my first week it’s just getting back to normal.
Your trek next year sounds exciting it’s good the boys have given the green light to go. I suppose you will have to train a bit, your weight will definitely be on the down with all the training needed.

    Kay..
Hope you get more on more an even keel with the season and you feel much better. It’s not bad maintaining a bit, move on when you are ready.

I am having a sort out today with the clothes getting some winter ones out and some summer ones away. Scarves and hats out….I may even throw some old clothes out..lol

Ginette, Sarah, Louise, Carol, Vi, KT, Lynda hope you are all OK you are all a bit quiet.

    Everybody ready…Nail it November??

    Jean x

Well fd completed, came in on target, but feel like I have cheated, I didn’t get up till 11 am, then kept all my calories for tea, had a load of heck sausages and root mash, so haven’t really felt hungry all day, hope you did well symba7, and everyone else on a fd, I was going to do a b2b, but it’s my 18th anniversary tomorrow, now there won’t be any lovely meals and guaranteed, he will forgot, but I do like to put him on a guilt trip and give him a drink at night , when it’s too late for him to do anything, then pretend he remembered.

    Casp..

We have finished and all went well today. Strange for a Sunday…

Have a lovely 18th anniversary tomorrow and hope he remembers for you.

    Night night

    Jean x

    Hi all

With my daughter and family staying I am cooking for a crowd. I like all this but I need to start remembering is that I don’t need to eat for a crowd! I started by eating breakfast today which I had planned not to do and carried on with a picnic at lunchtime, plus cookies followed by slow roast chinese pork belly, crackling, rice, even the broccoli was with oyster sauce oh I could go on and actually I did! I need to stop this. No breakfast tomorrow for a start.

I will do my fast days as planned this week come what may but I am definitely eating and drinking more on NFDs. Nail it November can’t come soon enough for me. I need a restrained and normal month.

Welcome back Minols, 3lbs up after a break sounds eminently losable as things return to normal. You sound as if you had a lovely time with your family and are really motivated to move forward.

Well done casp and Jean on another fast day well completed. I love a good sort out as the seasons change and I have always loved autumn which is wrong for many reasons but mists and mellow fruitfulness etc etc have always been appealing in a getting ready for winter sort of way.

Kay sorry to hear your equilibrium is off key. As well as seasonal change a new job is also a stressful time.

Hope you are on the mend Audrey and hope everyone else is ok. Xx

    Morning All,

    A cloudy but lovely start.

Off to the shops to get some fresh bloomer for sandwiches at lunch time, daughter and grandson arriving about 10.30. I love it at term time when she has more time for visiting, she is such a busy girl.

She is sometimes planning school work at 4.30 am in the morning as she has no interruptions! A lot of people call teachers but many give 100% and a lot more. She really loves her job.

She has a house move in January so I know what we will be talking about…lol..paint, cushions, wardrobes ..lol

    Sarah..
You sound as if you are having a lovely time with your family…it’s so difficult with food when around feeding others.

    Audrey..
Safe travels home….hope you are feeling better..

I had a good sort around yesterday…found a pair of black Jeans I bought in the summer, I forgot!

I also found another pair of new blue tight strange fitting ones in a box under bed…I was throwing them out but thought I would try them on….they wasn’t strange…it was me who WAS FAT … Fit a treat…πŸ˜€

Must go catch you all later

    Hi all –

Jean…great find! I wore a pair of hot pink trousers yesterday that are usually too tight…fitted great. It’s such a good feeling. Enjoy lunch with your daughter – love fresh bread.

Anyone else on a FD today? Vi, are you usually a Monday?

    Morning Everyone,

Well done the trouser finds. Always starts your day with a smile when you can fit into clothes you didn’t use too 😊😊.

It’s been a busy weekend. Country walks, cycling and golf all crammed in lol. No rugby thank goodness as Hubbie still in Hong Kong πŸ‡πŸ‡°. N still haven’t worked out how to split myself in two lol πŸ˜‚.

Well it is now week 4 weigh in and I thought I would do a breakdown of how far I’ve come 😊.

    Week 1 – loss 9lbs, 1 inch round waist, BMI 29.4 Fat% 35.1
    Week 2- loss 6lbs, 3 inches round waist, BMI 28.3, Fat% 33.7
    Week 3 – loss 3lbs, 0 inches round waist, BMI 28.2, Fat% 33.8..very odd lol (PMT I think lol)
    Week 4 – loss 2lbs, 0 inches round waist, BMI 27.6, Fat% 32.4

So only a loss of two pounds this week πŸ˜•. I know it’s gud but I’m so impatient lol πŸ˜‚. Anyway in 4 weeks I have lost a grand total of 20lbs, just shy of a stone and a half. Which is amazing considering I have totally changed the way I eat and exercise.

Anyway enough about me (thanks again for listening)

I hope everyone is well and had a lovely weekend.

I’m off to the gym shortly to start my new regime lol.

    Good luck to anyone fasting.

Morning all. Not posted recently as I’ve got a bit out of control. The comfort eating is back with a vengeance. Have done my 2 FD but not made any difference. I get up with good intentions then it all goes pear shaped. I’m quite aware of whats happening but struggling to keep control. Angry at myself. Pull yourself together Carol. Sorry for the rant.
