First day and it’s not been too bad! Almost like I am eating too much on a fasting day! Found some really nice receipes online.

Hi Helen,
I didn’t lose any weight this week but I significantly increased my walking, so I decided to check my measurements again. In 1 week I lost 4 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my thighs. I have only had very small bouts of hunger during on the fasting days but I’m at work so I can get through it pretty easily. Keep going with it – I’m sure it will get easier for us.
