  • Sorry if it’s really obvious but is the fast period meant to be 24 hours or a calendar day???

Its just having finished a traditional sunday Roast at 6 today is it cheeky to ask if I can have dinner again at 8 tomorrow and claim a fast day… its cant be that easy???

    Thanks again

    Stephen

Each day is from when you get up until you go to bed. During the waking hours, eat up to your TDEE in healthy foods on the non fast days and 600 calories total on the fast days.

What I do is fast completely from dinner on one day to dinner on the next. Then I have my 500 calories for dinner on the fast day.

As Amy said, I eat my last dinner on Sunday night, on Monday I have to stick to 500 cal and on Tuesday I eat my TDEE or below. So the fast period is in effect 36 hours!
    Stef.
