I take several vitamins per day and was wondering if I have to subtract those calories from my calorie total on fast days? Thank you!
Everything that contains calories counts, so the answer is yes you do.

I checked and some of my vitamins are 15 to 20 calories per serving a day. This adds up if you take a handful.
Very little is actually calorie free, I don’t worry too much about my vitamin tablet calories but be very careful if you are taking cold/flu tablets or cough mixture they can be very high in calories and sugar too.
lol veggiesaurus i was about to take some panadol cold and flu,not anymore thanks
