Day 2 Bad Headache/Migraine

  • Hi hope someone can help, I started 5:2 yesterday, did body pump class, eat 498 calories, all went ok. Today had 2 weetabix and butter for breakfast, had a personal training session that had to abandoned due to extreme headache not long into session, that has left me with a migraine.

    Dehydration? I half heartedly tried this fasting diet last year, and when I exercised on fast days I ended up with headaches from dehydration. I found I needed to wee a lot more when I hadn’t eaten much, not sure why, but I imagine the food acts like a sponge and holds water. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

    Hi, I started this diet yesterday and have stayed under 500 calories. I was planning on fasting on Monday and Tuesday. Is this a good idea?
