Carrot Curry Soup- Wow!

  • Now here is a recipe I would eat on a non-fasting day. It’s delicious and so few calories, I’ve even added a tablespoon of greek yogurt to it. Today’s fasting has been a lot easier than Tuesday’s, I think it’s because of this soup. I’m sorry if it has been posted previously, just wanted to share.

    I make something similar with sweet potato and butternut squash (omitting the creme fraiche) at 80 cals per serving. I have it for lunch on non fast days or dinner on fast days. It’s very filling and delicious – especially on a cold winter day.
