  • Hi Everyone!
    I just found out about this through a Jimmy Kimmel article online this morning.
    I am very excited because it sounds so simple and uncomplicated!
    I am going to get the book and try to understand it more.
    I love the fact that on fasting days you can still eat something small!
    But because I am out and about everyday, I am looking for easy “fasting day” food suggestions, ie: boiled egg, apple with peanut butter, etc.

    My first fast day. So far, I had a coffee and a hard boiled egg for breakfast and a bottle of water.
    As I will be out for the day, I am looking for easy take-as-you-go snacks to keep the hunger away.
    Snacks that I can put in my “cooler lunch bag”.
    I like protein and simplicity, so I’m trying to come up with ideas.
    I would love some of your suggestions!
